Testing and Quality Control

Commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of the manufacturing process from goods inwards to despatch.
Inspection is carried out at all stages of the manufacturing process. We have designed our own test fixtures which enable us to test our pipe junctions and unions to a minimum of 28 bar (400psi).

Our policy of subjecting every component to such a rigorous test procedure is an indication of our commitment to quality control and customer care. Finally, visual alignment inspections are carried out on every component before careful packing and despatch.
