JSC manufacture a high quality, competitively priced range of copper pipeline components and pipe joint kits for the world's leading VRF air conditioning systems. Founded in 1994, JSC Ltd is now the leading producer of these components in Europe.

Listening and Learning
To meet the ever increasing demands and challenges of the Air Conditioning market, JSC, by listening and responding to individual customer requirements, has developed a range of components of both metric and imperial sizes, competitively priced and readily available. A large selection of components are held in stock for same day despatch.

Quality in – Quality out
All components are produced from high grade refrigeration tube manufactured to our own tolerances. Components are fabricated, tested, cleaned and dispatched from our facility in Cirencester to destinations throughout the world.

Commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of the manufacturing process from goods inwards to despatch. Inspection is carried out at all stages of the manufacturing process. Further evidence of this commitment is highlighted by our policy of pressure testing each pipe component before final quality inspection.

Specially Developed Processes
Fabrication of the components is achieved using a range
of machines and fixtures, some designed in-house and some using the latest robotic tube manipulation technology.

To ensure the best quality is achieved, a continual check is made of the component parts at each stage of the process. Bespoke insulation is designed and manufactured in-house using fire-resistant material.

State-of-the-Art Brazing Techniques
Components are brazed with the use of a semi-auto gas air system. Consistent and uniform heating of the joint ensures excellent joint penetration resulting in a quality product.

Every Single Component Tested
Component testing is carried out in-house on our own specially designed test fixtures which enable us to test every component to a minimum of 28 bar (400psi). Our policy of subjecting every component to such rigorous testing is further evidence of our commitment to quality and reliability.

Hi-tech Cleaning Process Ensures Zero Contamination
All our components are chemically cleaned ensuring a contaminant free fitting every time. Our investment in this type of cleaning process, which uses very low levels of chemicals, is an indication of our concern for employee Health and Safety and the environment.
